Most small Items like tools & fittings if ordered separately will be shipped by UPS, FedEx, DHL or another freight company. PVC & other Fence sections are shipped with a common carrier or trucking company. We use ABF, A Dui Pyle & other trucking companies. We will not charge you shipping If you have your own trucking company or if you pick up from our location.

If you find any item/items damaged when you receive your shipment then please inform the driver who delivers you the freight. Make sure to write down the damaged item/items in the receipt that you signed. You will have to file a claim with the trucking company for the item/items damage by them. Shipping charges are non refundable.
