Your Vinyl Fence Pickup or Shipment
To save on delivery any order can be picked up at our vinyl fence factory in Carlstadt New Jersey. We are located right down the road from the famous Metlife Stadium.
All vinyl fence sections are knocked down unassembled which means you will need to put them together. This is far better then assembled sections as they weigh to much and can't be moved around.
Solid Privacy Vinyl Fence & Lattice top vinyl fence sections, posts and gates are available for same day pickup! Upon placing your order please contact us ASAP to let us know when you intend to pickup your order. We recommend for all pickups you have a van, pickup truck or box truck. Box truck rentals are fairly inexpensive are the easiest to load and unload.
Delivery via our fleet of trucks
Orders within a 100 mile radius of our factory and further into MA NY RI PA usually are delivered on our fleet of trucks. A delivery appointment will be made with you the customer. We ask you to please have a person or two to assist with the unloading of our truck. In the event that someone is unavailable to receive the delivery please notify us ASAP.
LTL Shipment
All vinyl fence orders located outside of our delivery zone will be shipped via an LTL Carrier. The trucking company will email you a bill of lading and provide you with live updates. The trucking company will call you to schedule a delivery date that works within your schedule.
You will need to assist with the unloading of our product! Everything will be crated and is designed for easy hand unloading.
Pallets can be easily broken open to unload by hand. The driver is not responsible for unloading your shipment.
In the event of damage
We take pride in the way we package our materials! All vinyl fence items are shrink wrapped prior to shipment. In the event (which doesn't happen regularly) any claims of damage must be noted on the drivers bill of lading at the time of the delivery.
Small Items
Post caps and gate hardware will be sent out via USPS Fed Ex & UPS. Should you need expedited shipping like overnight please call us prior to placing your order!
Returns
Their is no returns on Vinyl Sections Vinyl Posts & Vinyl Gates. All orders for vinyl fence are produced for you and the product can't be reused. For small items like post caps and gate hardware their is a 30% restocking feeplus you are responsible for the return shipping.
Exports
Our vinyl fence sales team is trained in export shipments of vinyl fence. We have worked directly with contractors all around the world! Should you have an international project please contact us to quote the project.
